#1 brain map Appointment details

We are located inside The Natural Healing Center at 1650 W. Northwest Hwy., Suite 103, Grapevine 76051

Please be certain of your availability for your scheduled time and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule to avoid a charge for the appointment. 

Brain Map’s are conducted in the morning hours so as to have the least amount of brain stimulation.  Please note the following for your first visit:

  • No coffee, caffeine or other stimulants prior to your appointment, the morning of.
  • Please come with clean hair and no gel, hairspray, extensions, braids, etc. 
  • Gel will be used for proper connection, so know that you probably will want to go home and wash your hair afterwards.
  • Please plan to be at the office for 1 hour. 
  • Please eat breakfast so your blood sugar is stabilized. 
  • Please follow the instructions below connect to your ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE meeting to review your brain map with Dr. Gayardt at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Note that a spouse or partner must be with you, or some other significant relation as a lot of information will be reviewed.

Please print one of the following new patient intake files, fill it out and bring it with you to your appointment:

#3 REPORT OF FINDINGS

Once you've completed your brain map, you'll be speaking with Dr. Ben Galyardt via video conference to review your results.  Please do the following 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to connect:

(1) Click this Zoom link to join your meeting with Dr. Ben Galyardt 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

(2) Then In the launch application box, click on Open link.

At this point, you should see yourself on the screen. On the bottom of the screen, there should be a gray bar.  If you don’t see one, drag  your mouse to the bottom of the screen and it should appear. On the left-hand side of the screen is an icon that looks like a microphone. You can click this icon to mute or un-mute your call.
